People with depression are often thought of as looking sad and unable to get out of bed, but this is not always the case. Some appear to be happy, while living with constant sadness, a general feeling that something is not right, and other symptoms such as anxiety, fear, fatigue, insomnia, and even suicidal thoughts.
However, depression is treatable. And a good start is sharing what you feel with the people around you. Today, World Day to Combat Depression And every day, let’s remember that it’s okay to ask for help, you don’t have to fight your battles alone.
