A passenger plane from Antalya urgently landed in St. Petersburg

An Airbus A319 passenger plane en route from Antalya, Turkey to St. Petersburg, urgently landed on Wednesday, September 15, at Pulkovo airport.
As told site kp.ru in the North-West Transport Prosecutor’s Office, the liner landed at 22:24. On board the aircraft, a technical malfunction of one of the engines was identified. According to Interfax, the Rossiya Airlines vessel was unable to land at the scheduled time. The aircraft crew gave a distress signal and continued to move at low altitude.
As the website kp.ru wrote, at the end of July 2021, the plane of the Belarusian airline Belavia, flying from Minsk to Antalya, after a distress signal, landed at the Moscow Domodedovo airport. According to preliminary data, one of the two engines on board Belavia failed.
Formerly a cargo plane from Helsinki urgently sat down at Pulkovo due to a technical malfunction.
