Santo Domingo.- The Reserve Pension Fund Administrator announced a series of improvements and innovations that it has developed to facilitate the customer experience of its members, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the enactment of Law 87-01, which creates the Dominican Social Security System.
The general manager of AFP Reservas, Joel Santos, reported that, in the first months of this year, that entity included in a single platform the management and integration of the different services offered to its affiliates, thus centralizing the access and updating of information.
Santos explained that the new functionalities include the implementation of the software to schedule face-to-face appointments to the Customer Service agencies, located in Santo Domingo and Santiago, free access to internet service in the agencies, personalized attention through hostesses with tablets for the making inquiries and streamlining the different services required by members.
He explained that, as part of these improvements, an update was also implemented in the AFP Reservations application, which allows clients to project the desired pension, know their balance and latest contributions to their Individual Capitalization Account (CCI), as well as consult the different benefits for which they apply, receive notifications and request face-to-face appointments at Customer Service agencies.
In addition, the consultation and printing of the Social Security Treasury Certification (TSS) was implemented, in an automated way.
