Anaheim Angels sign reliever Aaron Loup

The Anaheim Angels continue to strengthen their bullpen after the reliever’s signing Aaron Wolf, one of the best that were available in the free agency of the MLB.

Aaron Wolf I generated little buzz in this MLB free agency, yet the Anaheim Angels went quietly and made their services for the next two seasons and the sum of 17 million in MLB.

Loup was 6-0 with a 0.95 ERA in 56.2 innings with 57 strikeouts, averaged one strikeout per inning and only gave up 6 runs in relief, his war was brilliant at 2.8 for a relief pitcher.

Loup, 33, 5’11, 210 pounds, spent the 2021 season with the New York Mets, posting a 0.95 ERA and a 2.45 FIP in 56 2/3 innings while making 65 appearances.

We are talking about a veteran who has never been an all-star, but has stayed for 10 seasons in the MLB, he has played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres, Tampa Rays, New York Mets and now Anaheim Angels
