In dialogue this Thursday with the press that was waiting for him when he arrived at the headquarters of his portfolio, Fernndez referred to the debate carried out by the candidates for national deputies for the CABA in the program “A dos voices” of the Todo Noticias (TN) channel, ahead of the November 14 elections.
“I did not see it. But I have no doubts that Santoro is number one. The other candidate showed it in the governorship, it is a catastrophe, there is not much to add,” Fernández said when asked about the issue.
The debate, the first in this electoral year, was marked by the positions of Santoro (FDT) and Vidal (JXC) who defended the actions of their respective administrations -national and port, respectively- during the coronavirus pandemic.

The debate was full of crosses, chicanes, questions about the different agenda items and some sloppiness in respecting the rules of the meeting.
The meeting was divided into three main thematic blocks: “Institutional quality, security and justice”; “Health policy in pandemic” and “Economics, education and work”, plus free exchange minutes and question and answer segments.
