After a veritable marathon of concerts on the return of Salvador’s Carnival this year, Bahian singers Márcio Victor, from Psirico, and Tony Salles, who leads the vocals of Parangolé, have already said goodbye to the holidays and announced concerts in Bahia this weekend.
Márcio Victor took advantage of days off in the United States. The artist even met the comedian Carlinhos Maia and the singers Dilsinho and Bruno Cardoso (Sorriso Maroto) in Orlando. Márcio also took advantage of his rest in Miami and recorded his adventures through social networks.
This weekend, the Psirico group will perform in the Bahian towns of Tucano (Saturday, 18th) and Arembepe (Sunday, 19th). The group is also getting ready to launch a promotional CD “Carnaval do Psi”, in the coming days.
Tony Salles, on the other hand, enjoyed adventures alongside his wife Scheila Carvalho, daughter Giulia and her mother D. Nice to Disney World, in the USA, and also in the Bahamas.
This week, the leader of Banda Parangolé returns to the stage, starting in Maragogi, in Alagoas, on Saturday (18), and then at Lavagem de Arembepe, on the north coast of Bahia, on Sunday (19).
“Traveling with the family is wonderful, it’s been amazing and fun! I’m going back to work with batteries recharged and energy renewed. A lot of news from Parango is coming around!”, said the singer.
The group will also get ready to record an episode of Macaco Sessions, a Macaco Gordo project directed by Chico Kértesz, on Youtube.
