Last weekend, on Friday, it was a few minutes after 1am and in Largo de Mompilher, in downtown Porto, there was not much chance of finding a seat on any of the terraces that are usually set up there. The weather threatened rain — it had been like that all day — but only the cold and the fog did not give any respite to those who left the house that night to stay in the street.
