Josep Borrell mentioned a possible “final result” in the next weeks. A sign that the assessment of the situation is not unanimous, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Le Drian, on the other hand, reiterated that the negotiations were moving forward. “much too slowly to be able to achieve a result”.
