How would you feel if you only knew part of your favorite song, part of your favorite poem, or part of your family? How would you feel if you only saw part of your own home? If we do not conceive that this could be a reality, we also cannot accept that, in a significant part of the national territory, especially in the north and center regions, we do not know where the properties are located and who their owners are.
