Calm down: housing measures do not threaten the regime | Editorial

The Government’s major announcements provoke strong reactions from the opposition and it is therefore not surprising that the wave of criticism of the measures against the housing crisis comes to warn of the dangers of the return of the PREC. But if verbal escalation is part of the game, respect for memory, attachment to facts and the ability to read circumstances too. Having arrived here, a point of order: the measures announced by the Government are not a threat to the regime, they do not reflect a leftist drift, they do not legitimize fears of a coup against the regime. Here or in Europe, housing is at the core of public policies.
