Sewage piping service was done on the 12th, but the earth was not compacted on site.
Despite improving air quality, the rain that hit Campo Grande left a trail of damage throughout the city. Flooded streets, fallen trees, roofless houses. The situation worsened in unpaved regions. A car in the Nova Campo Grande neighborhood was stuck and had to be towed away on Thursday (14).
The car, a black Sorento, owned by the 36-year-old publicist Aline Benko, got stuck late this morning on Avenida Quatro. She said that her husband was maneuvering to enter the garage at home when the vehicle got stuck and could no longer leave the place. The couple had to call a tow truck to help with the removal.
Aline explained that the street is not paved, but the situation worsened after the Águas Guariroba service, which ran a sewer pipe on the avenue on the 12th, but at the end of the service, the sand was soft and allied to the rain, it was difficult to pass through the place.
“They didn’t pass by patrola to compact the earth. The rain is taking the earth away and almost opening the hole again. The street is not paved, but there was never any record of a bogged down car,” he said.
The reporter contacted Águas Guariroba and is awaiting a return.
