Rock stars soaring
The first trailer doesn’t reveal much of the plot, but you get a feel for the aesthetics of the series. Movies and series about rock stars are currently very popular. The successes of “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Rocketman” and “Elvis” show that the rock star life in the 70s in particular aroused great interest among the public.
The title character Daisy Jones is played by Elvis’ granddaughter Riley Keough. The band leader of “The Six” is played by Sam Claflin, who must constantly choose between his musical success and his responsibility to his family. In other supporting roles are Camila Morrone, Suki Waterhouse, Sebastian Chacon, Josh Whitehouse and Timothy Olyphant to see.
“Daisy Jones & The Six” comprises a total of 10 episodes and will be released on November 3rd. March 2023 on Amazon Prime Video.
