Noisy The Sun Charles and William are said to have prevented Andrew from appearing at today’s ceremony of the Order of the Garter after allegedly lobbying the Queen about it. Express.co.uk reports indes, it was a “family decision” that the 62-year-old was prevented from attending services at St George’s Chapel in Windsor with the rest of the senior royals. The online portal also published a photo that shows Prince Andrew visibly pissed off behind the wheel of his car – and interprets this as an indication that he is not satisfied with the decision.
