Landlords will now be able to resort to the special eviction procedure even when they are unable to notify tenants of the termination of contracts, a measure that aims to speed up the resolution of lease contracts due to non-payment of rents. There will also be minimum and maximum deadlines, defined by law, for tenants to vacate the houses when there is an eviction decision, while the rights of tenants will be more protected in cases where they have not opposed the notification of eviction.
