Expenses borne by beneficiaries and by ADSE with health care provided through the free regime is gaining expression, a sign that attempts to improve access to conventions have not had the desired effect or respond to needs. In 2022, the free regime cost 226 million euros to the beneficiaries of the system, which represents an increase of 20.8% compared to 2021, while ADSE disbursed 172.5 million euros with contributions, an increase of 15.6% compared to to the previous year.
