In the Moscow region, a law on the free provision of land to farmers will be considered. This news was announced to farmers near Moscow by the first vice-governor – chairman of the government of the Moscow region Ildar Gabdrakhmanov, presenting regional awards to workers in agriculture and the processing industry. Governor Andrei Vorobyov instructed to develop the new law so that farmers could realize themselves.

“On behalf of Governor Andrey Vorobyov, I would like to congratulate you on your professional holiday. Traditionally, we celebrate it in mid-October, when the main harvesting work is completed, we can summarize and highlight the best ones, – said Ildar Gabdrakhmanov. – A big request in the Moscow region for the provision of land to farmers. On behalf of the governor, this year they must submit to the regional Duma and adopt a law. It is planned to provide 10 hectares free of charge for 6 years, and if the farmer is able to efficiently organize the work on the production of products, in 5 years he will be able to register the land as property ”.

In total, there are 16 measures of state support for agrarians – federal and regional – in the region’s agro-industrial complex.

“We have purchased Alpine goats from Austria within the framework of the“ Farm ”grant. We have built a goat’s house, we are purchasing equipment to produce high-quality cheeses from goat’s milk, ”said Arsen Avakimov, founder-founder of Domodedovo ECO Farm, who received the Governor’s gratitude.

Since 2014, the agro-industrial complex has attracted more than 235 billion rubles. investments, almost 14 thousand jobs were created.

“The Moscow region is not only large agricultural projects, but also many farms that produce high-quality products in demand. The fact that they are all comfortable working with us is our achievement, ”said Vyacheslav Dukhin, Deputy Chairman of the Moscow Region Government.

The Moscow region is the first in the Russian Federation for the production of cheese, flour and confectionery products, as well as for such types of dairy products as yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream. The region is also in the top 3 for berries and greenhouse vegetables. 7 out of 10 loaves of sausage in Russia come from the Moscow region.

“Despite a difficult year associated with weather conditions – we were even forced to declare an emergency due to prolonged rains in May and due to drought in summer, – the Moscow region shows positive dynamics. We have harvested 15 thousand tons more vegetables, we plan to increase the potato harvest by 50 thousand tons, increase milk yield by 2-3%, production of eggs, poultry, pork, ”said the Minister of Agriculture of the region Sergei Voskresensky.
