For reasons still unknown, was unleashed a fire that destroyed the customs warehouse in the Santa Isabel neighborhood, in the southern part of the city of Córdoba, with material losses. No victims of any kind were recorded.

The fire destroyed an unknown number of vehicles and other items such as appliances and spare parts, that were kept in the warehouse after being kidnapped in different operations and procedures.

It happened during siesta hours on Virginia and Illinois streets. And there were several calls from neighbors that alerted the authorities. The fire was fought by various endowments of the Fire Department of the Cordoba Police.

Official sources indicated that it is expected to finish completely extinguish the ashes and, once the surface of the place is cooled, the expert reports will begin rigor to determine how the fire originated.

It is the second major fire so far on Sunday in Córdoba, since noon a recycling depot was burned in Müller neighborhood, also in this capital.
