Moroccan footballer Achraf Hakimi, of Paris Saint-Germain, is being investigated for an alleged violation, a judicial source said today, quoted by the Associated Press agency.
The same source revealed that a preliminary investigation into the Moroccan has been opened, which is taking place in Nanterre, on the outskirts of Paris.
the french newspaper Le Parisien was the first to report on this investigation, revealing that a 25-year-old woman had presented herself at a police station to declare that she had been raped by Hakimi.
Despite having declared that she had been raped, the woman ended up not filing a complaint, with the public prosecutor deciding, even so, to open an investigation.
The facts date back to the 25th of February and will have taken place at the home of the Paris Saint-Germain footballer.
