Frame releases 'revolutionary' one-size-fits-six jeans like real Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants

A celebrity-loved fashion brand has brought to life the ‘magic’ jeans featured in hit movie the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, debuting a pair of ‘adaptable’ denim trousers that can fit women of six different sizes.

Frame – which counts the likes of Chrissy Teigen, Kaia Gerber, and Karlie Kloss among its A-list fans – debuted its new Le Skinny One this week, a pair of stretchy, high-waisted jeans that come in just two sizes, both of which will fit women of six different sizes.

‘The new Le Skinny One features unique denim fabrication which allows for one size to fit a range of different waists, up to six traditional sizes,’ the brand said in a statement, noting that the stretchy fabric also allows for maximum comfort – no matter what your body shape.

To celebrate the launch of the new style, the brand enlisted 11 models of all different shapes and sizes to test out the jeans, which come in three different colors: light wash, dark wash, and black.

The jeans are designed to fit sizes 23 through 34, with size 1 covering 23-28, while size 2 is suited to women sized 29 to 34.

Two campaign images show a woman named Charlieann Max, who is a waist size 29, wearing the exact same pair of jeans as Kayla Jane, who is a size 32. The jeans appear to fit both women perfectly, and are not baggy on either of them – despite there being several sizes between them.

Other photos show size 23 Jeeae Chang modeling the same jeans as size 26 Lucinda Taffs. Once again, the jeans look form-fitting on both women.

Frame’s latest release certainly isn’t the cheapest pair of jeans on the market, retailing for $218 each, however the brand promises that the high-quality fabric will ensure they last ‘for years’, while the ‘stretchability’ means that they will continue to fit your body, even as it ‘evolves’ and changes.

The jeans also eradicate the stress that many women associate with shopping for denim, making size selection far easier and efficient.

Frame’s Le Skinny One are being hailed as a real-life version of the ‘magic’ jeans featured in 2005 movie the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, which starred Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn in the lead roles.

The movie follows four best friends who are spending their first summer apart – and are worried about how that distance might affect their close relationship.

Shortly before they go their separate ways, they find a pair of jeans in a local store that miraculously fit each of them perfectly, despite their very different shapes and sizes.

They then make a pact to share the pants throughout the summer, with each girl wearing them for a week before sending them on to the next person, along with a sweet letter.

Although Frame’s pants don’t boast the same one-size-fits-all magic, they are one of the first of their kind to offer a form-fitting style for multiple shapes and sizes.

Frame’s new multi-size pants are also made from sustainable materials: 5.5 per cent recycled polyester and 63 per cent organic cotton that ‘meets certified global recycling standards and is responsibly produced, meaning that every component has been tested and is free of toxic substances’.
