Less than a week after finance ministers and central bank governors from G20 countries met in Bangalore, India, to disagree over terms and responsibilities in the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the Indian government started to receive, this Wednesday, in New Delhi, the foreign ministers of these same countries, for a summit that is expected to be tense, not very productive and, above all, (yet) a stage for the reinforcement of divergences.
