The 21-year-old Norwegian international still has a contract until mid-2024 in the Signal Iduna Park, but there are privateers on the coast with City, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid, among others. After all, according to a clause in his contract, Haaland could reportedly leave for 75 million euros, a bargain for a striker who manages to find his way to the nets in just about every game.

“For the past six months I have not said anything out of respect for the club, but now they are pushing me too much to make a decision,” Haaland confessed to Norwegian TV channel Viaplay Fotball on Friday.

“I just want to focus on football, but apparently that’s not possible. It is not the ideal time to make decisions, because we are in an important phase of the competition, with many matches.”
