The household fee must be paid regardless of whether ORF programs are consumed. According to the Integral study, 95 percent of the 1,000 respondents rarely use at least one ORF service.
75 percent of those surveyed between March 3rd and 8th (16th +) very important (38 percent) or rather important (37 percent). 56 percent fully or somewhat agree with the statement that a household levy also protects programs and content that cannot be covered by private providers.
