I’ve lived in the same building for over 15 years and if it were today I wouldn’t be able to buy my own house. It is a rather sad realization. It’s not a villa, it’s not in the center of Lisbon and it’s not a private condominium. It is a normal family home, with three bedrooms, in a building with lots of neighbors and a patio, and its great luxury is that it faces the sea, which, apparently, must also have increased in value.
