The only suspect delayed for the crime of the young Iván de San Segundo, stabbed to death last night near the Alto Rosario Shopping, was released.
The resolution was taken this Friday afternoon after the result of several measures requested by the Intentional Homicide Prosecutor Alejandro Ferlazzo.
The suspect appeared last Wednesday at the Prosecutor’s Office after being pointed out from the victim’s environment as the author of the point who killed Iván de San Segundo, 18 years old. Although he had not been among the possible attackers until then, it was decided to delay him until the completion of tests that would make it possible to establish whether he was indeed the murderer.
Ivan de San Segundo suffered a stab wound on the night of Thursday, January 6, and fell from a motorcycle near the mall. A taxi took him to the Centennial Hospital and later he died.
Family and friends of Ivan request that any witness come forward to provide information that may allow to clarify the homicide.
