Next Tuesday, November 23 at 7:00 pm in Auditorium I of the Santo Domingo Campus of PUCMM, the Dominican jurist Robert Valdez, will put into circulation his book “The Special Constitutional Transcendence.”
The work deals with the scope, necessity and usefulness of the legal figure “special constitutional significance or relevance” in terms of appeals for review, both of jurisdictional decisions and of amparo judgments.
The monograph offers a comparative perspective between the Dominican Republic and Spain, using statistics from the Dominican Constitutional Court.
Robert Valdez is a lawyer with extensive and extensive experience, a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo and an expert in Criminal Law.
