Lapshin opens account in Artsakhbank to receive 30 thousand euros from Baku according to ECHR decision

Blog Alexander Lapshin decided to open an account in Artsakhbank for the transfer of 30,000 compensation from Azerbaijan by the decision of the ECHR.
“By the decision of the European Court in Strasbourg, I opened a bank account to transfer 30,000 euros from Azerbaijan,” the blogger wrote on his Facebook page, attaching a photo of Artsakhbank’s credit card.

Earlier, the European Court of Human Rights found the Azerbaijani authorities guilty of plotting to assassinate Alexander Lapshin, a well-known Russian and Israeli blogger.

“Victory! The European Court of Human Rights has found the Azerbaijani authorities guilty of attempted murder and severe torture in a Baku prison. “Azerbaijan has obliged me to pay 30,000 euros in compensation,” Lapshin wrote on his Facebook page.
