Lots of color and sequins: the SAG Awards red carpet | celebrities

These are actors’ awards for actors. Every year, the Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG, in the original) distinguish the best performances of that year in film and television. The 29th edition took place this Sunday at the Fairmont Century Plaza, a hotel in the Century City area, Los Angeles, California. Before the ceremony, nominees like Austin Butler, Cate Blanchett, Zendaya or Viola Davis walked the red carpet.

It’s the big awards ceremony that precedes the Oscars ─ scheduled for March 12th ─ and, therefore, celebrities usually bet everything on the red carpet, fleeing more from traditional and black, the safe choice, which never compromises.
