A young Brazilian woman who has lived in Portugal for almost two years had never been to a Carnival block, but she took the line from Cascais to accompany the Colombina Clandestina parade, on Saturday, through the streets of Graça. “It seems that being outside Brazil made me want to participate,” she said. Going to Carnival, even in Lisbon, is a way of being closer to our country. Because perhaps there is nothing more Brazilian than Carnival.
