A man has been arrested for allegedly doing burn outs in a Hungry Jack’s car park because he was mad that the soft-serve machine was broken.

The hoon tried to order an ice creamat the drive through of the fast food chain’s store in Aberfoyle Park, in Adelaide’s south, on Tuesday night.

But after being told the machine was out of order, he began doing burn outs while waiting in line at thecustomer service window.

A shocked witness captured footage of smoke billowing from the Nissan wagon’s tyres.

The man was then filmed driving down the street leaving a trail of black rubber.

He then allegedly drove erratically on Park Avenue in the vicinity of three schools.

One furious parent said she would ‘like to see his car taken away, crushed, and his license taken away,’ 7News reports.

Police spotted the car and stopped it on Happy Valley Drive at 7.30pm – an hour after the alleged burn outs started.

The man then allegedly performed a U-turn and managed to evade police.

Officers eventually found him entering a nearby home where they arrested him in the bathroom.

He was charged with a slew of offences including misuse of a motor vehicle, fail to obey a direction to stop and hindering police.

His car was also impounded for 28 days.

The man will appear in the Christies Beach Magistrates Court later on Wednesday.
