It did not come from the UDP or Politics XXI or even from the PSR, despite the proximity to Francisco Louçã. The PSR was an anti-military, anti-racist, multicultural and genetically rebellious party. Black sheep or absolute minority were examples of communication, or message, from this party in the 90s. It would be said that the Louçã of those times matured and that this can be seen in its most industrious project: forming Mariana Mortágua.
