Djokovic will debut against rival of the classification

The mayors of Yamasá and Peralvillo, of the Monte Plata province, asked the Administrative Minister of the Presidency, José Ignacio Paliza, to manage an ambulance for the Government “for the general use of the Municipal Hospital of Yamasá”.

Through a letter, dated November 22, the councilors explain to the president of the ruling Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), the precariousness that community members go through due to the lack of a vehicle.

They state that the Municipal Hospital of Yamasá provides service to more than 100,000 inhabitants and that, “the odyssey that most municipalities go through is unfortunate when they are referred to the most appropriate health centers, because it does not have the infrastructure to satisfy the demand for health ”.

In the letter, which bears the symbols of the PRM, mayors Ramón Bisonó Rodríguez (Yamasá) and Juan Francisco Manzueta (Peralvillo) ask Paliza “earnestly” to interpose his good offices in the face of the urgency of such an important service for those communities.

They will do a marathon

For this Tuesday, November 30, the Yamasá, Peralvillo, Los Botados and Hato Viejo communities are scheduled to hold a marathon to raise funds in order to buy the ambulance.

The activity will begin at 7:00 in the morning and will be broadcast on channel 3 of the Monte Plata province.

The marathon is named “Yamasá needs an ambulance.”
