About six dozen users live in the home, who pay an average of 1500 euros per month. According to the same report, the owner of the institution is the same as the Peninsular home, in Montijo, which had already been the target of complaints, according to which people were starving there. The technical director of the Lourinhã home it was not available to provide any clarification. However, according to a user of Delicado Raminho, in addition to serious deficiencies in hygiene and food, there is yet another problem: the boiler is out of order. “We only have cold water.
