Lucinda Martins Mochi died this Tuesday after being admitted to the Santa Casa
Former state deputy Júnior Mochi published on his social networks the death of his mother, Lucinda Martins Mochi, 87, this Tuesday (12). She was hospitalized at Santa Casa de Campo Grande.
State deputy between 2007 and 2018, Mochi ran for governor of Mato Grosso do Sul in the last general elections by the MDB. In the statement, he mourned the death and asked for prayers.
“Family and friends, it’s sad to have to share this news but my mother has just passed away here at Santa Casa de Campo Grande. What I ask for is the prayers that God will welcome her and that all her story of faith, love and kindness for with everyone, during her existence in this world, may the great legacy and reference that she leaves to all of us who had the privilege of sharing her life.”
Mochi remembered his brother and thanked her for the privilege of being Lucinda’s son. “It is up to me and Osmir to thank the Divine gift of having given us her as a mother and eternal gratitude. The comfort is that we will be together one day and that the bonds of love built in this world do not dissolve with death. in peace, my mother, take our love and our gratitude to your new home for all that you have done and represented for us, your beloved children.”
In the comments, friends and family lamented what happened and shared their feelings. The state secretary of Health, affiliated to the PSDB, Geraldo Resende, lamented her death. “My feelings! May God console you and your entire family,” he wrote.
