body changes

A few weeks ago, Nathalia Dill decided to talk about the birth of her daughter, which happened recently. She gave an exclusive interview to journalist Joana Dale, from ELA magazine, and decided to talk about pregnancy and the changes that a woman goes through in her body when she gives birth to a baby.

“Eva just turned 8 months old, and my pants still don’t fit me. This is boring. Now that I’m back to exercising, little by little. But I don’t know if I want to be attached to the old body. It’s a new body. I see my fattest arm, my bloated belly. I’m more present”, says the famous one.

Next, Dill explains that he went through some difficulties. “I had that fantasy that the woman came out wonderful from normal childbirth, ready to run a marathon. It may even be for some, but it wasn’t like that with me. My postpartum was very difficult. I had a laceration and needed stitches. I was in pain for two weeks. My sister, who had a C-section, had a much smoother recovery. Not that I’m advocating a cesarean, imagine, but I don’t think we can romanticize it,” he continued.

Before ending the chat, Nathalia Dill spoke about moments alone with her husband after pregnancy. Despite the difficulties, they managed to understand each other.

“At one point, Pedro and I looked at each other and said, ‘Man, I think our life is over.’ Now that Eva has gained a little more autonomy, she spends her Sundays with my parents. When we were in the middle of the hurricane, we didn’t think it would be possible to have moments together again”, finished.
