42 objects under national projects will be built in the Voronezh region

– In general, the income of the region, taking into account federal funds, is currently planned at the level of more than 147.4 billion rubles, expenses – more than 161 billion. The deficit is technical and has sources of repayment. They are also included in the budget. Thus, the draft financial plan is balanced, – noted Vladimir Netesov, chairman of the Voronezh Regional Duma.

When forming the budget, the traditional priority was the implementation of activities within the framework of 11 national projects.

– More than 26.3 billion rubles are allocated for these purposes next year, of which the federal budget funds account for less than 49 percent. Despite the limit levels of co-financing established by the Russian government (two and 15 percent), the real participation of the region in national projects is more than 51 percent, that is, over 13.5 billion rubles, Vladimir Netesov emphasized.

It is planned to allocate more than 6.6 billion for the activities of the Healthcare national project. The second largest investment will be the project “Safe quality roads” – the cost of it is estimated at 5.2 billion. A little less will be invested in the development of education, another 4.4 billion – in initiatives related to improving demographics. Funding under the Housing and Urban Environment project will amount to 3.3 billion rubles.

In addition, 538 million will be directed to programs in the field of ecology and almost 413 million – in the field of culture. According to the new national project “Tourism and Hospitality Industry”, 434.6 million rubles will be spent in the region.

Also, about 387 million are allocated for the development of small and medium-sized businesses, increasing labor productivity and supporting employment, “support for international cooperation and exports.

In 2022, within the framework of national projects in the Voronezh region, it is planned to put into operation nine new facilities – polyclinics, kindergartens, schools and cultural centers.
