According to the public procurement notice, as the winner, 4iG Nyrt. operates, repairs and maintains the OBU (On Board Unit) devices and software on board the vehicles of the Volánbusz company included in the HKIR project.
Collects and archives duplicate copies and invoices generated on vehicle onboard devices. The amount of the winning bid increased by options is HUF 6.448 billion net. The duration of the service is 24 months, which can optionally be extended by 8 months.
Among other things, the tender includes that the winner will replace 159 pieces of HKIR on-board equipment and provide the resources necessary for operation and development at the rate of 150 engineer days/12 months. It also supplies 100 OBU sets.
4iG achieved a consolidated profit of HUF 7.16 billion in 2021 and HUF 3.44 billion in 2020. Its consolidated sales revenue amounted to HUF 93.65 billion in 2021, after HUF 57.30 billion in the previous year. In the first 3 months of this year, it achieved HUF 48.9 billion in sales revenue and HUF 2.2 billion in after-tax profit.
The company’s shares are traded in the premium category of the Budapest Stock Exchange. The paper was worth HUF 762 in the early afternoon on Friday, the highest price in the past year was HUF 1,134, and the lowest was HUF 628.
