On this occasion, the fair, which in its last edition in February attracted 30,000 people, will add new stands with traditional cuisine proposals. Visitors will be able to taste locro, empanadas, grilled meats, ribs, pastries and regional sweets.
In addition, it will be a contest to choose the best choripán of the entire fair: all the grills, restaurants and chefs of the festival will participate in a culinary competition in which a jury of renowned gastronomic journalists will award the best chori.
ChoriFest is an event suitable for all ages, with options for adults and children to enjoy. It has the support of BA Gastronomic Capital, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America.
