Authorial drinks that pair with creative dishes such as slightly spicy octopus rice. Opened in 2021, the Show Bar Experience brings to Campo Grande the proposal of mixology in a modern environment that breathes jazz and blues. Located in the Carandá Bosque neighborhood, the house, according to the owners, is the first in the state.

Managed by partners Déo José Rimoli Filho, 31, and Alexandre Matos Paulitsch, the bar and restaurant is an extension of the company, which since 2017 has been operating in the field of corporate and family events. During the pandemic, Déo explains that he put into practice the project that was already on paper. “We decided to invest the money in a segment that did not shy away from drinks and the idea of the restaurant came. At first it was supposed to be a super simple bar, but we built up momentum and it got a little bigger,” he says.

For those unfamiliar with mixology, the owner talks about the concept of the house. “Our mission is to offer the customer an experience within the cocktail shop, that is, mixology. It is for him to have experiences that are common in the rest of the world, but not here. We are trying to bring the culture of drinks to Brazil”, he highlights.

As the idea is to highlight the combination that exists between the ingredients, flavors and textures that make up the drink, the bar has a menu full of signature drinks. In this session, the main products are cinamon whiskey made with Jack Daniel’s, honey, lemon and smoked cinnamon, pitaya gin with tannery, lemon, basil, tonic water and syrup. Another special is the jambú açú with vodka, aperol, grapefruit syrup, tahiti lime and jambu foam.

In addition to the authors, which exceed the 30 mark, the partners did not give up the classics loved by the public, for example, the moscow mule. The place also works with beers and wines of various labels, but the drinks remain the main stars of the house.

For the experience to be complete, it is worth trying some of the restaurant’s exclusive dishes. Déo comments that the menu was developed to bring balance. “We are serving drinks with an alcohol content of more than 40%. You have to have a little food, because if you don’t, you’re going to leave here falling down”, he jokes.
