Billie and Becky Massey are 22 years young and 1m88 and 1m87 respectively. The West Flemish twins have been working in Mechelen for six years. The first five years at Sint-Katelijne-Waver and last season at Kangaeroes Mechelen, the new merger club between SKW and Kangaeroes. This season, the Massey sisters led Kangaroos to a historic double and to the title and win in the Belgian Cup.

At the Young Cats they conquered the gold medal in the U18 and in the meantime they have been in the selection of the Belgian Cats for several years. Billie has already experienced a European Championship and Olympic Games and Becky was active at the European Championship last year.

Just like fellow Cats such as Emma Meesseman, Julie Vanloo, Kyara Linskens, Antonia Delaere, Jana Raman (ex-Estudiantes!), Serena Lynn-Geldof, Jouw Allemand and Hind Ben Abdelkader, Kim and Hanne Mestdagh, the step abroad was the ultimate ambition for Billie and Becky Massey.

At the age of 22, the time is ripe to take that step. In the strong Spanish Lega Femenina and with a Spanish sub-topper like Estudiantes Madrid, both can undoubtedly develop further and profile themselves into European top players.
