Meta’s chief technology officer Andrew “Boz” Bosworth wants to stop Facebook parent employees from posting about the company in the blind professional community’s anonymous forum🇧🇷 The app has become increasingly popular among Silicon Valley employees to discuss some of the perrengues of workers in technology companies.
After a “sermon” from the executive on Wednesday (16), the subject ended up precisely in the discussion group. “Our CTO started talking about how bad Blind is for our mental health. But in just a few minutes he addressed many of the discussions of the past two weeks,” revealed an employee.
For Meta’s employees, there was a clear feeling that their “Boz” is a regular follower of posts on the corporate social network. One commentator recalled that Bosworth “is responsible for the efforts of the Metaverse🇧🇷 Imagine reading thousands of threads about how your strategy sucks.”

Blind declared to the Insider that the social network — also known as antiLinkedIn — has more than 64,000 Meta employees signed up, of which 3,000 signed up the day before the announcement of 11,000 cuts at Big Tech. Signing up is simple, according to Blind: just enter your work e-mail address, position and employer.
speaking to Insider, Blind’s founder and chief business officer, Kyum Kim, said he wasn’t surprised that Bosworth is a “fan” of the platform, as the anonymous forum can be an important source for understanding what’s going on in people’s minds. Executives may even feel uncomfortablesays the CBO, “but they continue to participate because it is necessary”.
