The Public Prosecutor’s Office denounced him for noise pollution, disturbance of peace and sanitary infraction

Hearing that would hear witnesses on the accusation that falls on the administrator Aloisyo José Campelo Coutinho, the “Damha III party planner” lasted only 15 minutes and without there being a solution to the case. The Public Prosecutor’s Office denounced him for noise pollution, disturbing the peace and sanitary infraction for promoting parties inside the residential, a case that was even claimed by residents. The instruction and trial hearing is to gather evidence, both for the prosecution and the defense.

As in this case summary acquittal is not applicable, as understood by Judge May Melke Amaral Penteado Siravegna, of the 4th Criminal Court, a hearing would be necessary, but the defendant, through his defense, presented a health certificate claiming he was unable to attend the act.

Presented yesterday, the request to change the date of the hearing alleges that the administrator “is under medical care, showing signs and symptoms compatible with generalized anxiety disorder (…) as evidenced by the attached medical certificate”.

Minutes of the hearing show that Aloisyo’s lawyer did not agree to hold the hearing without the presence of the client, the judge determined “the attachment of the pending subpoena warrants and after, review of the file to the parties for manifestation within the legal period”. The hearing was not rescheduled.
