Former British government spokesman Alastair Campbell has recommended that Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp pursue a career in politics.
Liverpool – On Thursday has Jürgen Klopp (54) Liverpool fans with his Contract extension until 2026 happy, but the success coach has now been recommended another career – in politics!
“Mr. Klopp, you are wasted in football,” headlined the Polit-Magazin The New European an article during the week.
In it, Alastair Campbell (64), the former spokesman for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair (68), praised the character of the German trainer and the incredible humanity in dealing with his kickers.
The 64-year-old also hopes that the former Borussia Dortmund coach will one day use these qualities for the benefit of a larger community.

“I also see that you are so much more than a football man,” wrote the Burnley fan and former politician. “When Covid-19 entered our lives you immediately understood the seriousness of the situation. Thank you for speaking out against Brexit which is not good for either Britain or Europe.”
“And I hope that when the trophy cabinet is full, you’ll think about going into politics,” said the longtime Labor Party spokesman.
Before Klopp puts down his tracksuit and ties his tie, the Reds boss wants to make history on the pitch and win the title quad.
