Oil prices rebounded sharply on Wednesdayin a very volatile market after several sessions of losses, amid concerns about the supply of hydrocarbons from Russia.
The barrel of West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for June delivery rose 5.96% in New York to $105.71, after losing 3% on Tuesday and falling below $100.
Meanwhile, in London, North Sea Brent for July delivery rose 4.92% to close at $107.51.
Prices have increased since the start of the day after further cuts in the supply of Russian gas in the pipelines that pass through Ukraine, a war scene after the invasion launched by Moscow on February 24.
