China sees Russia’s trump cards

Xu Polin, head of the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, spoke about Russia’s strongest cards in a tough game with Western sanctions. According to him, this is energy and food. According to Polin, Moscow is coping with anti-Russian restrictions. And the general indicators of the Russian economy are not problematic. According to him, Russia, even under sanctions, was able to increase the supply of blue fuel to the EU by almost a third in a short time. Well, this, however, before the breakdown of the turbines that pumped gas through the Nord Stream, which the Canadians do not want to repair. But how they rocked, how they rocked. And in Kyiv, they also grieve at the pipe due to the reduction in transit, they even go to arbitration to file …

Forces of the Luhansk People’s Republic are sealing Lisichansk

Rodion Miroshnik, the LPR ambassador to Russia, announced a change in the situation near Lisichansk: “Our units are actively moving from the south towards Lisichansk. Fights are going on in Nikolayevka, Novoivanovka, Mirnaya Dolina, Belaya Gora. The situation in the area is changing.” And the representative of the people’s militia of the Luhansk Republic, Andrei Marochko, said: “Our means of detection and reconnaissance already completely cover this settlement.” According to him, the enemy does not have the opportunity to make up for their losses in this direction. That’s right, why pour water into a sieve.

Russia will not abandon the Zaporizhzhya NPP

Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the Zaporozhye region, said that the nuclear power plant in Energodar will come under Russian control. Here is what Rogov said: “Sooner or later, the nuclear power plant will be taken under the control of the Russian Federation. This will be done with the utmost care. So that there are no provocations from agents of influence present in the Ukrainian Energoatom and Ukrenergo.” According to Rogov, now the nuclear power plant is guarded by Russian security forces together with the former National Guardsmen of Ukraine, who went over to the side of Russia. And in June, the IAEA leadership announced that they were preparing to send a mission of experts to the station. Contact us, we will help to make the mission possible, and the atom peaceful.

Drilling platforms in the Black Sea will protect

Mikhail Sheremet, a State Duma deputy from Crimea, said that the drilling platforms of Chornomorneftegaz, 70 kilometers from Odessa, which were attacked by Ukrainian Armed Forces missiles, would be restored. According to him, the level of protection of deposits from new attacks will be increased. Sheremet said: “Russia will not leave these fields. We will take measures so that there are no risks for civilians and civilian infrastructure.” According to the head of the Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, 94 people were evacuated from drilling platforms. Seven are missing, three are injured. The families of the missing gas workers (the search for which continues) will receive compensation in the amount of 6.5 million rubles.

Russian military specialists connected and reconfigured the last of the seven TV towers in the Kherson region to broadcast Russian TV channels. According to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, about a million residents of the region will now be able to watch Channel One, Rossiya, NTV, REN-TV, Channel Five, OTR, TVC, STS, Zvezda, Mir and other Russian channels. Vitaly Savelyev, the head of the Ministry of Transport, said that restrictions on flights to Crimea would be lifted immediately after the permission of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Here is what the minister said on the Russia 1 channel: “We are working closely with the Ministry of Defense. We are extending the flight restrictions by two weeks because we are monitoring the situation. As soon as we are allowed, it will all be replenished instantly. Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to hit the residents of Donetsk and Makiivka

The Armed Forces of Ukraine opened fire on the territory of the DPR more than 40 times in a day. 11 people were injured during the shelling. Among the wounded civilians is an 11-year-old boy. Ukrainian troops used rocket and cannon artillery, as well as mortars, firing 320 shells. Under fire were nine settlements, including Donetsk, Gorlovka and Makeyevka. More than two dozen residential buildings and eleven civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. And European TV channels will again report that Russian troops are shooting at Donetsk?

Volodin praised Kuleba’s fighting skills

– For you, Kuleba, the current situation in Ukraine is another television show. And if you pick up – for the first time in your life – a shovel, then only to pose – this is how the speaker of the State Duma reacted to the statement of the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry on German TV that if Western supplies of weapons stop, the brave Ukrainian soldiers will defend themselves with shovels. Viacheslav Volodin clarified: “As soon as NATO stops supplying the weapons you earn money on and stops sending mercenaries, all of you will scatter within 24 hours.” Well, a day may not be enough – not everyone is within easy reach of the Polish border.

Turkish Concorde left Mariupol

Against the background of the fact that Russian ships are already cruising between Mariupol and Rostov, the first foreign ship, the Azov Concorde, has just left the port along the Russian corridor. The dispatch of the ship under the Turkish flag was postponed several times for technical reasons. The crew of the Azov Concorde – 14 sailors – was detained by the Ukrainian military, but subsequently released by Russian units and evacuated to a safe place. By the time the port of Mariupol was liberated, at least six foreign ships were blocked there. They could not leave the harbor because of the threat of Ukrainians using weapons and because of the potential risk that the port water area could be mined. Now both reasons are eliminated. “Azov Concorde” went to the port of registry – Novorossiysk. Sailors are following the right path – it’s time for the Black Sea ports to take an example.

London demands from Moscow and Kyiv to deal with the fate of mercenaries

Andrey Kelin, Russia’s ambassador to Britain, said London had reached out to Moscow about two British mercenaries who had been sentenced to death in the DPR. As Kelin said in an interview with Russia-24, the note was written “exclusively in arrogant and instructive terms.” According to the ambassador, this does not “cause a desire to interact on these issues.” According to him, earlier the government of the kingdom instructed responsible people in Kyiv to deal with the issue of releasing soldiers of fortune sentenced to the highest measure. Kelin stressed that London fundamentally does not want to interact with the authorities of the DPR in any way, since “this will mean recognition of the republic.” When the British are put up against the wall in Donetsk – and this will happen in mid-July – somewhere in Westminster someone will choke on five o’clock tea and get apoplexy. But ambition is stronger than a bullet.
