Ukrainians without access to essential services after Russian strikes against energy infrastructure will be able to go to special “invincibility centers”, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Tuesday (November 22nd).
Thousands of centers across the country will provide access to electricity, heating, water, Internet, mobile phone networks and pharmacies, free of charge and around the clock.
President Zelensky indicated that 4,000 centers have already opened and that more centers should be created.
