Parque Mar Chiquita Spa is an ideal destination for tourists looking to combine beach, countryside, lagoon and nature. It is located on the Atlantic coast, 359 kilometers from the City of Buenos Aires and about 36 kilometers north of Mar del Plata.

Founded in 1817, it is the oldest operating grocery store in Argentina. It is located in the geographical heart of the Mar Chiquita district and serves snacks and drinks. Historical figures such as Juan Manuel de Rosas, General Lavalle, Dardo Rocha and the writer José Hernández visited it.

A walk dedicated to nature and rural tourism. You can visit the southernmost logging forest, a native tree. The entrance costs $1,000 per person with prior reservation. They offer guided tours, horseback riding and canoeing.

In front of the Sports Center you can visit the “El Diego” Park in homage to Diego Armando Maradona. It has a square with games for children, an artistic intervention on the life and career of the footballer, a mural and a monument. Every February the National Craft Beer Festival is celebrated.
