Russia’s Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response continues to receive and record the facts of the Kyiv regime’s criminal actions against the civilian population of Ukraine and the people’s republics of Donbass.

– It has been reliably established that the leadership of the Odessa military administration, together with specialists from the 83rd Center for Information and Psychological Operations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is preparing another cynical provocation to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of delivering strikes on potentially dangerous objects, as a result of which hundreds of civilians in Odessa may suffer, – Mikhail Mizintsev, head of Russia’s Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response, said at a briefing.

The colonel-general explained that for these purposes, in a densely populated area of the city “near the regional ambulance service station, where the burial site of plague victims is located,” units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plan to place an air defense complex or its mock-up. In the event of a strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces on this facility, the Ukrainian side intends to disseminate information in the media about the occurrence of a biological hazard in Odessa, allegedly due to the fault of the Russian Armed Forces.

In this regard, Russia’s interdepartmental coordinating headquarters for humanitarian response once again warns the international community about the preparation of a monstrous provocation by Ukrainian nationalists, that “with the full support of the criminal actions of the Kyiv regime, the countries of the so-called civilized West have already acquired a massive character.”

– Once again, we emphasize that in the course of fulfilling the tasks of a special military operation, the Russian Armed Forces provide civilians with comprehensive assistance and support, they treat the civilian population exclusively humanely and, unlike the Ukrainian armed formations, do not strike at civilian infrastructure and potentially dangerous objects , the destruction of which can cause environmental damage or cause a man-made disaster that poses a danger to the life and health of the civilian Ukrainian population, – Mizintsev emphasized and listed the next addresses of educational institutions, cultural centers and other social infrastructure facilities that Ukrainian nationalists use for military purposes.

So, in the Donetsk People’s Republic:

– In Slavyansk, in the buildings of the station of young technicians and school No. 7 (Energetikov Street), firing positions were equipped and militants of the armed formations of Ukraine were deployed, and armored vehicles and artillery pieces were placed on the adjacent territory.

– In Dobropolye, in a boarding school (Independence Street), a special school No. 4 and a lyceum No. 5 (Pervomayskaya St.), a comprehensive school No. 7 (Saratovskaya St.), units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalist formations are located, firing positions and ammunition depots are equipped.

– In the village of Kleban-Byk, near the water station and on the territory of a secondary school (Shkolnaya Street), Ukrainian nationalists equipped strongholds, placed heavy weapons and MLRS.

– In Kramatorsk, in the premises of the furniture factory, the headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is deployed, and firing positions are equipped in the adjacent territory, artillery is deployed. At the same time, Ukrainian nationalists severely suppress all attempts of local residents to evacuate from these settlements to safe areas. The militants, deliberately provoking return fire, fire at the positions of the Russian Armed Forces and formations of the Donetsk People’s Republic from residential areas in order to hold them responsible for the consequences of supposedly indiscriminate strikes according to the “worked out scenario”.

– With such actions, the Ukrainian authorities once again demonstrate their inhuman attitude towards the fate of their own citizens and complete disregard for the norms of international humanitarian law. The crimes of the Kyiv regime, as before, remain without attention of the world community and international organizations, – Mizintsev stressed.

– Despite all the difficulties created by official Kyiv, over the past day, without the participation of the Ukrainian authorities, 21,632 people, including 2,878 children, have been evacuated to the territory of the Russian Federation from dangerous regions of Ukraine and the Donbass republics, and a total of 1,772 since the beginning of the special military operation 921 people, of which 284,697 are children.

256,856 units of personal vehicles crossed the state border of the Russian Federation, including 4,050 over the past day.

– “In the subjects of the Russian Federation, more than 9.5 thousand temporary accommodation centers operate on a regular basis. Individual work is carried out with the arriving refugees and prompt assistance is provided in solving various pressing issues related to further accommodation, assistance in finding employment, providing children with places in kindergartens and educational institutions, as well as providing social payments and benefits.

– “Over the past 24 hours, the Hotline of the Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, federal executive authorities, constituent entities of the Russian Federation and various public organizations received 47 requests for evacuation to Russia, on the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, as well as to the areas of Zaporozhye, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv and Kherson regions controlled by the Russian Armed Forces. In total, the database contains 2,757,833 such appeals from 2,138 settlements of Ukraine and territories of the Donbas republics controlled by the Kyiv authorities.”

– “Starting from March 2, 2022, the Russian Federation has already delivered 28,961.7 tons of essentials, food, medicines and medical supplies to Ukraine, carried out 1,142 humanitarian actions, including four in the Donetsk region over the past day People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kharkiv regions, during which 448 tons of humanitarian aid were transferred to the civilian population.
