All you need is a smartphone, internet access and the app, of course. This allows symptoms to be checked, a suitable practice to be found and video consultations to be carried out – with a German specialist.

According to the AOK, appointments for online consultation hours are possible with a maximum waiting time of four hours, including on Sundays and public holidays. And they are free for AOK insured persons.
