Novikombank and JSC UEC-Klimov signed a loan agreement for 3 billion rubles at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum. with a preferential interest rate as part of the program of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to support strategic enterprises. According to the executive director of JSC “UEC-Klimov” Alexandra Vatagina, the funds received will be used to ensure the production of serial engines: “In the near future we plan to increase their production due to an increase in demand from both the state customer and commercial users. The loan funds will help UEC-Klimov fully fulfill its obligations.”

“Support for strategic enterprises, as well as projects to ensure the technological sovereignty of our country, are priority areas for Novikombank’s activities,” says Elena Georgieva, Chairman of the Board of Novikombank. – The products of “UEC-Klimov” are of great importance for the defense capability of the state. Our bank, which has extensive experience in applying various financial instruments and state support measures for each specific case, has developed an optimal loan offer for a company. We are convinced that the competent use of all financial opportunities is one of the key conditions for the rapid development of Russian industry.”

It should be noted that Novikombank is a supporting bank of the Rostec state corporation, and UEC-Klimov is part of the Rostec United Engine Corporation.

UEC-Klimov produces engines of the VK-2500, TV3-117 and TV7-117V families, assembled entirely from Russian components for Mil and Kamov helicopters, and also develops and manufactures automatic control systems for its engines. In 2024, the company is going to certify new small helicopter engines – VK-650V for Ansat helicopters, Ka-226 and VK-1600V for Ka-62.
