Cobra do Norte comes from third consecutive victory for the division that brings together 64 clubs from all over the country

At the Municipal Stadium Laerte Paes Coelho, Laertão, Costa Rica welcomes Grêmio Anápolis, this Sunday (8), for the fourth round of the first phase of the Brazilian Football Championship Series D 2022.

The club from Mato Grosso do Sul seeks its third consecutive victory, at 3 pm, broadcast on the Eleven Sports platform and TV Educativa.

Cobra do Norte is within the qualifying zone for the next phase, in third place, with six points (two wins and one defeat). The team is supported by Fundesporte (Fundação de Desporto e Lazer de Mato Grosso do Sul), linked to the state government, which allocated R$ 490 thousand, through an agreement.

In the first phase, the 64 teams play each other, with back and forth duels. The top four from each bracket advance to the knockout stage.

The quarter-finals, the stage that defines the four clubs that will be promoted to Serie C, will take place on August 20 and 27. The championship final will be played on the 18th and 25th of September.

The champion will receive R$320,000 and a car from the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), while the runner-up will receive R$250,000, in addition to a car. The third place will pocket BRL 150,000 and the fourth, BRL 100,000.
